I made of the mistake of looking at pay day loans on line.in the process the USA Credit took the information from the payday loan and enrolled me in an on-line shopping club. I did not authorize this. As a matter of fact when they called my cell phone I specifically told them I was NOT interested. Yet they charged my bank account $49.95 which put me into overdrawn when some of my other checks cleared on the same day. I now also have an overdraft fee. I have reported this to my bank and they will investigate but that could take time. I called the company and all they said was "someone oredered it" And that I have to fax them a copy of my bank statement showing the charge and a police report. First I do NOT want to show them my bank statement period. They have already committed one fraudulent act and now they want my bank statement? I don't think so. I will be reporting them as fraudulent to the police though. How else can I get my money back from these rip-off artists?
