When hired at the Hilton Garden I was looking forward to staying and growing within the company. How can you do so when you have the managment team using drugs and allowing them to do so? I understand that you do not have to take a drug test to be hired as an employee but what I dont understand is how you can allow drugs to be used at work by the so called managment team. They are the ones we have to look up to and take orders from. Hmmmm... Who do you go to in this case? Do you go to the GM who has to know what is going on and if you approach her with this matter either get your butt fired or degrated as a housekeeper. I left the hotel but still feel as if they won this matter. Actually they have - they get a pay check and I don't. As I see it Mr. Hilton himself ownes the big hotel chain and does not drug test his employees cause it is not in the budget. Hmmmm... Confused?
