I don't think I have ever been duped into trying a product so badly and so quickly. All I wanted to do is try some trial products by paying for the shipping ($4.99). What I didn't know was the same day they charged my card for the shipping they charged me for another product that I had never heard of for $41.85. All of this was done even before I had received the trial order. I kept this order and canceled my membership. Little did I know they had already charged me for $88.97. I have to admit they do have some pretty aggressive business tactics, although somewhat unethical. Their customer service may as well be non-existant. You have to wait for atleast an hour on the phone to get a human (which is no help). They pass you off on some email address that you can't get thru to. I' ve canceled my card account and believe me I'll be more careful next time. I don't even know what I did wrong. I just hope someone else doesn't fall into the same trap as I did. The product is over priced anyway.
