I got this car as a "buy here, pay here", in November. Car has been paid off in full since May 5th.
I never received title or registration as of yet, it is now March 2nd.
I have to keep calling PennDOT for new temporary registration/tags (the white paper that gets taped in the back window). I've done this several times, and have all temp. Title papers to prove it.
Also, when I first got the car in Nov. they claimed they couldn't "find" the title, and that they didn't have a license plate to give me. They finally produced a license plate, but I come to find out yesterday, the plate is from a 1998 Ford, and that the plate number doesn't match the title, and that the insurance on the plate was canceled (I have active coverage), and what happened then? The police officer took my license plate off of my vehicle and now it's sitting in a mall parking lot. I'm completely clueless to what I'm supposed to do..
