It seems to be the same story over and over, can somebody stop these thieves?
So far it has cost me $93.00 cancellation fee (never new there was one) plus $34.00 for a month of service that I did not use, plus $33.00 of an unsuccsesfull stop payment from my bank. I had no internet service at home and it took 3 weeks for the internet people to get me internet after that 2 out of 3 call would drop, vonage blamed the Internet company.
I spent a total of 12 hours talking to vonage, first trying to fix the connection problem and then trying to have my service cancelled.
Their tech support and their account managing group play games with you, they deny what the other group tell you and viceversa.
