Over charge, slow database, charged for items not ordered, walkfit

Hi,

Last December, I order one walkfit from the company. Four to Five Weeks later they had little to know knowledge the order was made even though I was charged for the order. They said they didn't see it, so I ordered again. About a week later the first order came, so I called them back to cancel to the second order but they said they do not see I placed a second order. However, I was charged by them even though they said it wasn't in their database. Then they tried offering me other products to buy, I told them no I wanted the money charged back to my account. They refused to do so because they couldn't "see" I placed a second order.

In Janurary or Feburary of I noticed a third walkfit order was charged to my account. I called customer service and they let the phone ring for over 40 minutes. I called back a hour later and a representative told me they have been told not to talk to me by their supervisors. Outrageous, to charge me for a third order I did not make and then tell your staff not to talk to me? The staff told me they would get in trouble in they found out they were talking to me. My bank got involved and the company refunded my money back. It shouldn't have even went this far, as of Spring I would fully recommend not ordering anything from this company.
