Bought walkfit and got charged 3 times for same product. No receipt came with order and no return info

I purchased walkfit shoe inserts. They came from Ohio with no receipt or return policy.

Apon checking my credit card I was charged 28.20. There was also a bill from walkfit for 51.80 wich I have not received any product or bill or anything. I got billed for 3 inserts and received 1 and it is not the one I wanted and can not even return them. I no I will never get my money back. Peole need to be aware of this company. I am embarressed because I am from Ohio and this gives us a reputation.
