Rips The Wrong Way

I went to RightWay for a reliable source of transportation. I do not have the best credit and had recently had a voluntary repossesion, that I did not know would be on my credit report because it was voluntary. Rightway assured that if I stayed in this vehicle for a year it would build my credit back up and they would be able to put me into a new vehicle.
After being in the vehicle for two weeks my ABS light came on. I called the manager of the store since she informed me that this was her previous vehicle (before she moved up in the program) and she had just had the brakes fixed. She told me it was just a light that popped on from time to time, "Don't worry". Two months later I called her, after having an oil change done, due to a transmission leak. At that time another person working there said she wasn't in but that I was to take my vehicle to the shop that they had a contract through. The man at the shop said he would get in touch with the manager. When I callled back to the shop, to check on my vehicle he told me there was nothing he could do because Rightway had informed him that I was no longer under warranty. When I called them conviently ther was noone I could speak too. I got the vehicle back. Drove a couple more weeks before the transmission went out. After having it out with the manager she told me to take it to the shop and she would contact the warranty company. Needless to say after the whole rounabout with the warranty company, I ended up paying for the transmission.

Now it has been past the year that they gauranteed that I would have to keep the car, and they have informed me that because of the marketing situation they will not be able to do anything for me yet. Now I have to keep the vehicle for 18 to 24 months. The vehicle is broke down in my backyard has been ther for two months and I'm stuck paying for a vehicle that I cannot drive. The transmission work was just the tip to the problems of this vehicle. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and had a chance to talk to the regional manager who all but told me that I was lying about everything.

I have referred people to them and have been paid for it, I just can't believe that they treat people this way. They have also done this to my friends and I am so sorry that I ever got them involved in such a mess.
