SmartMoves Broke down after 1st month

Purchased the vehicle Dec 08, made the1st payment Jan 09, two-weeks later, check engine light came on to include every other lights. Drove to the store, came out to start the vehicle, it wouldn't start. A nice man trter ied to give me a jump start, it wouldn't start. After several attempts, still no luck. He said he was a certified mechinac and worked for a transmission shop. He told me that the engine and or the transmission was bad and needed to be replaced. He said his shop could fix it for around $2,100-$2,500.00. Wow!!!

So I called SmartMove here in McDonough, and they said after 30-days, it was no longer covered! Okay, then I called a local towing company, they towed the vehicle to SmartMove in McDonough, they told them, TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK TO ME, BECAUSE THE WERE NOT GOING TO FIX IT. The tow driver was really confused. I told him to tow the vehicle to their towing location. The vehicle stayed there because i refused to make another payment and i was not going to pay out of my pocket to have it fixrd. With a $385.00 monthly payment plus insurance - no way! SmartMove still continued to avoid me and refused any phone calls I made to me. Well then the towing company sent me a certified letter indicating a large tow bill, indicating that SmartMoves wasn't paying the towing charges. Well, then, the towing company sent me another certified letting indicating that SmartMove had turned in a "abounted title" and that they had no claim to the vehicle and if towing company wanted the vehicle, the title would go to them. Wow, what a company! I finally after two-months of trying to contact SyncEngery Financial, spoke to someone and he told me that they had no more information on the vehicle, they filed a: abounded title" with motor vehicle and that "I OWED THEM NOTHING" and they would have no further contact with me concerning the vehicle and that if I wanted to pay all the back storage fees, I could, but I would not be able to get a "clear title". What a mess. I checked my credit report and it is still listed as a open account with a pass due balance. I want this off my credit report. Because this is not right all. I went to the towing location, they said they fixed problem, and with towing fees and etc., I could have vehicle for $1,550.00.
