Well i was applying for a loan on there website and next thing i know i'm being sent an e-mail saying i suscribed to identity theft? I contacted them right away, and told them that i did not want that service. Then nxt i know i have a bounced charge from my bank acct. And i contacted then again and they well what do u want us to do about it. I told the lady i was speaking to that i lived on ssi and that i could not affoord anything like this? And i told her that i wanted them to repay the money i was out and she said oh we don't do anything like that. And i said to her of coarse not becuse you don't care what happen's to other people that your ripping off, and she said your subscription has been cancelled and you will not be charged any other monies, well that was a lie because they pushed it through my bank again that same night and i was charged the 31.98. I called my bank and told me they would handle it. I have not recieved my refund and it has been over the 72 hr's i have contacted them 4 time's since this has happened. And i'm not getting anywhere. What can i do? But file a police reprt and keep contacting them.
