This is the worst experience I have ever had with a website. I ordered a pair of Micheal Jordan Shoes from the coldestjordan.com for my boyfriend for Christmas. When I found out that the website sold "replica" aka FAKE shoes, I asked the website to cancel the transaction and not to send the shoes (this was literally 30 seconds after i ordered the shoes). The website sent the shoes out on purpose. Then when I asked about the process to return the shoes, I received the following message in broken english "Dear Daryl* * *, sorry you can not You order your goods... I ship out your goods. Now you changed your idea suddenly... But I really have shipped out your goods... Why I have to cover that loss... Why." Even though the website specifically states that returns can be facilitated as long as I cover the shipping charges, which I did not dispute.
Is there any place that I can report this website for selling fake goods in America? The reason that I didn't want to receive fake shoes is that it is ILLEGAL and I don't want to support that kind of activity. Also, the website is misleading, as it says that the shoes would be in the "original box" with the "original retro card." I chose this website specifically because that statement sounded like a guarantee of authenticity. Don't shop at this site, or anywhere else affiliated with Dragon International Ldt. D
