Illed Medicare for fraudulant charges

I obtained a statement from Medicare where these were being charged $328.09. This isn't my statement and or did I've these services made.

I called Medicare plus they offered me the businesses telephone number to contact; 915-561-5091 and also the telephone isn't operating. I appeared the organization on the web and discovered where they've had additional grievances of fake billing methods. Anything must be achieved to prevent this phony organization.
