Received letter saying that I was a winner of $150K and enclosed a check

Received a check for 4,974.36 which will be deducted from my winnings. My contact to collect my claim was Mike Hyden @ 416-827-6415. Mr. Hyden instructed me to cash the check and call Him back for additional instructions.

I googled Intergrated Insurance, Inc. And found out this was a rip-off.in the letter it indicated that once you deposited the check you would need to Western Union or Moneygram 2,998.00 to pay your taxes. Mr. Hayden would assist you with a Tax Agent.

Mike Hyden's address is 55 18th St., Windsor, ON N7B8J4, Canada. The other address was 772 Smetana Dr., Minnetonka, MN 55343. Mrs. Cindy Miller Promotion/Claim Manager for Intergrated Insurance with no phone number on the letter and through information got 612-672-9247.

I will be taking the check to the bank to get there reaction.
