I received a letter with PRIZE CLAIM/FINAL NOTIFICATION across the top along with an enclosed check for $3980.00. The letter instructed me to contact my claim agent and not attempt to cash the check until doing this. I was suppose to send $1995.00 directly to a tax agent to cover government taxes which could not be deducted from the winnings because of "insurance policy coverage." THIS IS A SCAM!!! If you receive such notification, please report it and DO NOT send any money to SAMUEL PAGE. He is a fraud and the check and letter is a SCAM!
