Jim Falin Excavating is a RIP OFF. He faxed me a contract describing exactly what he would do and then I signed and sent it back with my MAster card info. He charged the Full amount to the card and never even started the contract. It has been over 3 years of me trying to contact him to get him to do the work and he will not acknowdledge he even sent me a contract. I posted his work, his orginal contract, my m/c banking info, ect on a web-site to show the world what he is all about.
To this day I usually drive by his house and see if he still lives there. He still lives in the same location. It appears that someone has built a house next to the buisness that may be part of the company now. His contract Line - H makes any type of legal action impossible to take against him.
I am out of options to get him to finish dumping gravel onto the ground he dozed away to connect the driveway to the house. It's only about 40 feet from the road to the garage. It is not like it a really long driveway. I don't know what else to do.
