The APAX ALARM rep was very polished and tricked my wife and me into signing the contract thinking it was for 1 year. It turns out that it is a 5 year contract. I contacted their headquarters office in Provo Utah and they will not cancel the contract unless we pay for the full 5 years. To all people in the USA: Do not be fooled by this company and do not allow them in your house.
