After having a horrible experience dealing with Sheer Cover, I did a search for other customers experiences and I'm disgusted to see how many people are going through the same thing!
After ordering once, I began receiving a new box every few weeks. The quality of this product is not great, so I definitely did not want to receive it again. I called to cancel the membership. Customer service was very nice and said not a problem. After that my card was charged again, but I assumed it was for the previous box I had received - I let it go. Then I began receiving calls from SKO Brenner, a collections agency, indicating I still owed $60 for a shipment that I never received.interestingly, the date of shipment they gave me was well before my last charge on my credit card. They are not credible!
We're all being ripped off here.
