These people just froze 2 of my bank accounts without any given notice and charge me a fee to do so! I had no idea what was going on. I contacted my bank who in turn told me to call Harris & Associates. I called 212-571-4900 and was not able to reach anyone for hours. My intentions were to find out what was going on and settle this matter if it indeed was negligence on my behalf. I finally reached someone by the name of Lakisha Revels who was very rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me any information and told me that this is what I get for not paying my bills and that she didn't care because she has access to her bank account. I tried to speak to someone else but was refused that right. I continued calling at a later time and again, no one answered the phone. Since I can't get anyone there to help me, I have now contacted the Civil Court of the City of New York. I will see Mel S. Harris and his crook associates in court.
