In February Mel S. Harris froze my commerce bank accounts. I called them and they told me they have been trying to contact me at my mothers address. I never recieved a thing from them at all. She told me she has not recieved mail for me either.
I first spoke to Ms. Byrnes wha asked me to fax my statement to her, then I had to use my mother in laws credit card to give Ms. Byrnes $300.00 so that she will unfreeze my accounts.
Since then Ive recieved a payment schedule and number to an account rep. Named Ada baez. Since Ms. Byrnes never unfroze my account I had to call Ada who was very rude didnt let me explain the situation to her. All she told me was that I had to pay the balance plus interest.
It is now July and my bank accounts are still frozen even thou I am making payment to them every month.
