My husband garage doors appx. 7 mos ago. Family gets ready to leave and garage door will not open. My husband tries everthing to get the door open. No avail. He cut the cable which was his only choice in order to get the car out. We call the company on monday which was the first business day. The contactor came out and said since the cable was cut the warrany was void. The company needs to let people know when they install the doors to call on the weekend, which would noy hvave made a difference anyway because at the time we was leaving we could not wait until the company call back. They probably was not going to call until the next business day anyway, i guess the company want you to keep your vechicle locked in the garage until they get out to you, they are a ripoff
