I had contracted Dillon; owner of Certified Overhead Doors, to install a new garage door opener in my house. He was not available during the evenings so I had to adree to let him be in my home without me during the day. As I arrived home that evening, he was just pulling out of my driveway which worried me... He didnt even want to let me inspect the work. Additionally, I thought he might have stolen something. I was able to waive him down and question him.
Immiediately following the installation, we had daily issues of the door not opening & closing. As we called in questining why, they just had me adjust the up/down force which did not resolve the issue. Once Dillon finally agreed to come out, he realized it was becuase the sensors were not in line which is another reason for the complaint. None of the garage door accessories were installed.
