I had a car accident and my vehicle was totaled. I had negative equity of 3300. I agreed with a Henry who supposedly no longer works there to settlement of 1218.00. I now get a call that since Henry is no longer there I have to prove we made the deal. At first they said they would check the tapes but never did. They hung up on my when we argued and are trying to scam more money out of me. I am a disabled vet with low income and I told them that in the beginning which is why I agreed to the settlement.
