Palisades has become a total nightmare! I have gotten sued once already by them and even settled with another company. I have tired several times to verify these accounts and they are not helpful at all. I have paperwork showing that I have paid off two accounts and now is when the nightmare gets worse. I just got sued again because of them. But I call the company I am told I have three accounts. Which two of them are paid for I have letters for both companies to prove this. Palisades on the other hand say they dont have anything and that it is the job of those people i did pay to report it to my credit bureau. Even though on my report it has there name as in collection accounts.
I have been trying to resolve this problem now for 18 days and it gets worse every day. No one seems to know what is going on. And now ALL numbers to Palisades are not working. I have tried 3 different numbers and nothing. I even asked the lawyers office for a number, in which they stated they don't have one for the customer to call!!! Not only that but these new lawyers can't even provide me with a AT&T account number.
I have even gone back to AT&T to verify and they say i only had one account. Palisades says I had 3 accounts. So now who am I to believe? I am tired of paying all these random people and having to keep going through this. I have paid two of the 3 accounts, which i actually believe all 3 accounts have been paid for, but no one at palisades can help and now, they have no numbers for anyone to call. This company is a total nightmare!!!
