Placed order for 20,11/13/08. Del. Was scheduled for 11/14,12:45 p. At 12:50 i tele.'d to ask if order was on it's way. Well this woman yvette yelled, "i'm in the back, i guess so", and hung up the phone. I tele'd again at1:02 p., she spoke harshly and said, "it on the way & hung up. Several of our guests were already here in conf. Rm. When del. Came we had to set up with guests looking on. We were interrupting seminar. The woman yvette could not have been more rude and the young man delivering was very unpleasant to deal with. We were also short 2 salads so when i phoned to let them know, wouldn't you know yvette answered rudely again. However, i must say the man that brought the salads was very nice and he appologized for his co-workers behavior, but i don't ever want to phone cosi again. I've given cosi a lot of our firms buiness and there is never a reason to be disrespectful to me; after all i placed an order, i was checkng on my order that wasn't rec'd on agreed time, and this woman was just terrible to me.
