This particular party contracted canyon kitchens to provide cabinets only. At no time did canyon kitchens agree to, or documented any labor for this job... The contract clearly states that the entire balance for the materials was due on delivery... At the time of delivery yvette and jim did not have the money to pay for the materials, and in turn asked if we would wait to get paid until they got a draw from their bank.
We reluctantly did yvette a favor and delivered the cabinets to the jobsite without getting paid!
After repeated unanswered calls we finally got a partial payment toward the balance, leaving us short over $1,700.00.
Well as you can guess we still have not beed paid and a lein has been placed on the property.
Yvette had reported this event to the dept. Of better business, who after seeing all the documentation deemed her report to be invalid... Anyone who has any concerns about the integrity of canyon kitchens can call and see that report, or even better, call canyon kitchens, and we would be more than happy to fax or mail you an extensive list containing names and numbers of our
