Employee refused to speak English and there was no breakfast

On July 29, I took my children to have dinner at a McDonald's restaurant in Rome, Italy located at Piaza Di Spagna. When I was at the end of line, a McD employee walked over to me and asked me what I wanted to order. I said I wanted two Salmon salads. He said "Caesar salads"? I said "No, I want Salmon salads" but then he started speaking Italian to me and was very impatient. I asked him what his problem was and why he stopped speaking English to me. I also asked what his name was. He walked away from me and went back to the kitchen and spoke to a woman who appeared to be a manager. I continued to wait in the line and no one came to me to say anything. When it was finally my turn to order, a man whose name was Massimialo took my order. When I told him I wanted two Salmon salads, he asked me "Caesar salads"? I said "No, Salmon salads". An employee next to him explained to him in Italian and he keyed in the correct order. Then I continued my order and Massimialo behaved impatient too. At the end, I gave him my credit card, but Massimialo said they couldn't take credit card. I pointed the credit card signs on their counter but he took out the POS machine and knocked it on the counter and said, "it is broken". Then I paid cash for the food, but when I walked to my table I found there was only 1 napkin for four people and there was no ketchup. It was an extremely unpleasant dining experience.

On the morning of the same day, we went to this restaurant trying to have breakfast but we were told they would not open until 10am and the only breakfast that they sold was croissants and coffee. There was no orange juice either.

McDonald's in Rome was a mess!
