On June 3 I placed an order through the GonnaLuvIt Sterling Silver Jewelry website for merchandise totalling $27.24. I received a confirmation that the payment had cleared and printed my receipt, which also showed my items would be shipped first class.
By the mid July, I had still not received the items and sent an email to GonnaLuvIt via the email link on the website. I never received a response. I sent another email after that time, and again, I did not receive a response.
It is now over 6 months later, and not only have I not received the merchandise that I have order, I have not received a refund, nor confirmation that my order might be delayed. My efforts to contact this company have not been successful and it now appears there is no longer a link to email the company via the website.
I have now filed a report with the LA Fraud dept. And I encourage others who have been charged but not received their merchandise, to file a report with them, as well. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau, as well as the Attorney General's office for the State of California and the Attorney General's office for my State. There are laws to protect consumers from these type of unfair and fraudulant practices.
