Ignored email request to cancel - still charging credit card

I tried to use the phone numbers Wu-Yi Source supplied with the free trial I agreed to so as to cancel my membership. The numbers were invalid.

I then went to the Wu-Yi website, found a contact email address and sent an email requesting the cancellation of my membership and also stated that I would refuse any further shipments. I also forwarded my email to the Indiana Attorney General.

Although I had requested a cancellation, they again charged my credit card for $59.95 along with an additional $9.95 charge three days later.
