I ordered the tea, but it never arrived. The Live Chat operators were helpful & after a second attempt at processing the order I cancelled. Neither parcels arrived. THe operators cancelled the order & informed that I would be fully refnd for al costs. I asked if I had to do anything else & was told NO. However I have been susequently charged by their Web access & Membership departments. When I contact the opeators again, they said I should have contacted them separately. When I explained the situation that I had never received the tea & had been advised by one of their chosen operators that I did not need to do anthing else to cancel the order, they seemed uninterested. They did give my phone numbers & web addresses to contact. I live in the UK. However they did say that the would ring the membership department.
I did read the terms & condition & cancellation information, that is why I speciically asked if I needed to contact anyone else.
I suspect there is little that can be done, however if people are aware they may end up paying for services they don't received then that is a bonus.
