Ripoff will not sent cancellation confirmation to my email, so I won't continue to be billed "internet"

This is an email company that says you can receive free trial of weight loss patches if you pay shipping and use your credit card. If you cancel in 15 days by email they will not bill your credit card for future shipments, but the email web site says after you enter cancel information, you would receive an email confirming your cancelation, but it never comes.
