The company charged my credit card 1 then they charged me 29.95 plus 2 in return i got nothing. I cannot cancel because i cannot reach a live person to cancel

The company charged my credit card several times for reports i have never received. I cannot cancel because there is no number to call to reach a live person. Please help me.
