We ordered certain sports equipment from the company's Website. We attempted to call and email several times to expedite the order but were unable to reach a live person. After one week we finally reached someone at that number and asked that the order be canceled. The person agreed.
The item was never shipped, but the company charged our credit card for the full amount. We then tried to contact them again by phone and email to get a credit against the charge, but again we never were able to reach a live person or receive a response.
