Ordered a report, got nothing. Charged $1. No way to cancel. Automated recording at the number

Ordered a report. Got nothing!!! Charged $1 on my credit card. No way to cancel. The number they provide only has an automated recording, with no option to cancel or to speak to a Rep. Can't reach a Rep with their help desk either. Tried to go to the member page, and it also goes nowhere. Stay away from this company. Rip Off!!!
