Irresponsible Scam Internet

Man, I wish I had read about them before my tale of woe. Same issue as most: Saw it was "no prescription"... Clicked through several screens and was charged to realize it wasn't. Received form letters and then silence from the company regarding my issue. I have sent them several emails. Here is my most recent... Anyone wanna join in on a lawsuit?

I would encourage the recipient of this email to read my inquiry, take it seriously, and not respond with a form letter.

I submitted several inquiries regarding false advertising and the refusal of a $33.99 refund due to me. I received the same form letter 3 times. Never did this form letter address the issue of false advertising which is still visible on google:
Soma - No Prescription

It is not difficult to alter your keywords with Search Engine Services.

I was forced to submit my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Today the Better Business Bureau has informed me that your company refuses to respond to my inquiry. They suggested I contact Small Claims Court.

Upon researching how much this would cost me in addition to $33.99, I discovered several other people stating they had been "ripped off".

Roy Andrews of Texas stated that he would be contacting RX Magazines, Editors, Etc until he received his refund. He has also filed a police report. Is this necessary? Apparently. Rxium LLC has 33 complaints listed on usacomplaints.com, full of other people that have been deceived.

Yes, $33.99 is a small amount. But for all these people it is the principle of the matter. To simply not respond, or to blindly dismiss every case is irresponsible. Can you escalate this matter to someone who cares how this makes your company look? Or will a representative show in small claims court to address this issue?

Please note that the amount asked for once we are face to face will include all my court costs (Code of Civil Procedure section 685.070).

I expect to receive either nothing or a form letter.
Again, anyone feel like a joint lawsuit?
