I joined RXPOP.com under false pretense. I was under the understanding that by joining RXPOP.com I was going to be able to order perscriptions. All the service they provide is a list of pharmacies, period. I also check one month membership of 31.95, as I didn't know if I was going to be able to get what I needed. They charged my credit card for a 3 month membership of $69.95. However I did register to Verified by Visa services, with my bank, Bank of America, at the same time, and the amount of purchase was for 31.95 by Rxium LLC. I tried to contact RXPOP.com and all I got was a run around in circles. I did find a help desk, and left as best of an email as I could (it was a click a problem) and all they did was respond back with a copy of their agreement that stated NO REFUNDS! No matter what. I have since contacted my bank, and they are trying to help me resolve the issue. This took place on 2/18.
