Although we had to file bankruptcy we put the mortgage on part of the bankruptcy. They received it & know about it & still are trying to take a house that they are not even servicing. The new mortgage is: FCI Lender Services. But if you research it Bear Stearns has holdings with each of these companies a dummy corporation. The bailout helps the rich crooked bankers but it doesn't help homeowners to save there property. We are behind in our property tax because when Wells Fargo sold it to EMC they refused to pay part of the money we were paying them to pay the taxes. We can get a forbearance yet they want all the money that we have a month & more.
