New york ny 10179 call and let them know you are calling about how emc is operating illeagally let them know about all the misapplied monies all the run around that we as consumers get all the crap basically you get when you deal with emc lets shut this mortgage company down!!! Everyone please call bear stearns i did and i had phone calls and resolutions from emc within 20 minutes after i called bear stearns dont settle for anything that emc tells you its all lies. They are out to get all of us as consumers they will destroy your family, credit and home. Please call.
