Wells Fargo mortgage has received money for the property they are foreclosing on

I'm reporting fraud and rip off from Wells Fargo Mortgage. My property is covered under a VA Loan until 2014. They have foreclosed on my property without considering me a bailout opportunity of 3% of my wages. After my husband passed away last Feb. 2007. I want to know why are they breaking the law and getting away with it.
