Please, Please, Please BEWARE of DIRECT TV! They are the biggest con artist there are around. If you ever use your debit card to pay your bill you are doomed! If your courtship goes sour... They don't even give you enough time to return equipment before they hit your personal account with ungodly fees. Mine to be $603 to be exact. The sad thing about is that it does not even have to be authorized by you, and furthermore you don't even have to have the funds in your account. They will over draw your account and the bank will pay it and then bounce your checks and make all kinds of money off of you for NSF fees. This is a travisty! Where is the protection for the consumers. They received the equipment back on the Monday after the Friday that this money was stolen from my account. To date it has been 30 days... I get nothing but the run around everytime I call. It's like one big joke for them. Each reps sounds like a robot and repeats what the previous one did only for it to be a lie also. If anyone has any info as to how I can get my money back. Please let me know!
