I had applied for a loan online. Within a few days I got a call from charterstonefinancial saying they found a lender for me for $5,000 and payments would be $151.00 starting April 1st.
They said lender needed a security payment of $750.00 to get the loan. I then sent the payment by money gram as said by Elliot Grant. He said once I get to Walmart and get the money gram to call him and he would help me fill it out.
I did so. He then said the money would be in my account by morning. Morning came and no loan. I then called back and was told that since my credit was bad the lender requested another payment of $750.00 and that it would go towards my loan. So I then had to borrow the money to get this loan.
I then called back later to make sure things were going alright. I then was directed to a Mr. Stewart, he then said he did'nt know how to tell me that the lender in Canada had breached there contract. For some reason that them and there layers were on it.
He then said I could have a refund or he did talk to another lender who would give me a loan, but it would be a $10,000 loan. He then said nothing could be done until Nov. 19th. He did stress his concern which was reassuring. I tried to call, but there phone was not working. After signing a contract and still getting ripped off.
