I aplied for a loan on the internet 2 weeks ago the site said it wood serch for the best loan for me and let me know. 2 days lathe i was calle by jim foster from clearview lending. He told me i was aproved for a 10,000 concolidastion loan and all i had to do is pay 1519.45 for loan inc. This was to be the first 5 payment of the 3year loan. Next thay faxed me a contract to look over and sign. I did and called jim foster back. Itlooked ok so on the next day 11/04/08 i went to money gram and sent them 1510.00 30.20 fee wich jim said thay would repay. I callthem back with th reference # and was told the 10,000 would be deposited in my acount in the morning. The next morning i got a call from glen russell he said he was over jim and thair was a problum and the lender requested a larder deposit due to my cridit so i sent then 2 more payments one for500.00 on11/06 and one for 800.00 on 11/05 after each payment i was told i would get the money the next day. Well that never hapend. The final call from clearview was to tell me the lender backed out but thay could still get me a 20,000 loan if i sent them 3,000.00 more isaid no way forget it refund my money. Thay said thay could not send me a refund un till the next billing cycall with would be 12/01/08 after calling the ny attorney general and fl attorney general i dont think i will ever see the mony back. So im out 2,863.82 i send to them hopeing to get a loan to improve my credit. All i did was make it worse.
