Noticed a charge for $8.85 on my Verizon phone bill, called and found they said, "you signed up for Laurentel", I stated I had never been to their site and they said on 6/10 at 6:45 you did and signed up. I requested a copy of application and they said they I had to write a letter to them, which I have done and request one. It will be very interesting to see what I get back, as I never went into their site. I have been refunded by the phone company but I am going back to them to see how they can charge me for something I did not authorize.
