Checked my credit card billing and found $99.99 billing from Shadowshoppe

I was checking my credit card and found a billing of $99.99 from Shadow shopper in Houston, Texas. Did not authorize this bill anddid not haveanyknowledge that there was to be any charge to my account from this company. How to I get this charge removed???
