Asked for Waiver of Late Fees

I spoke with supervisor Michelle at 1-800-659-2396 regarding my payments not being processed by Target this caused my account to become past due and charged late fees of 140.00 I asked if she could waive late fees and I could make a payment by phone for the difference to bring account to zero baLance. She said she couldn't do that and didn't have the authorization I asked to speak to her supervisor she said no that I couldn't I asked for her supervisor's name she gave it to me Willy. I asked MIchelle for her employee id it is B032768 I called the complaint dept they gave me ref# 1-335360274. This whole experience was a complete nightmare. Michelle and the complaint dept were very unproffessional and left me speechless. I called again to 612-304-6073 to the account services dept and I spoke with a supervisor she said her name was Terri I asked her to waive late fees she said no she would not I told her again I would make a payment by phone with her for the balance minus the late fees. She said no. I told her to close my account immediately she said okay didn't even try to retain me as a customer. I have been a customer since 2003 she didn't care about that. All I wanted was the late fees waived not asking for much since it was an error on their part.
