The main subject of interest is D.C., who loved to flaunt his Boat, Porsche, Huge jacked up truck with every bell and whistle you can imagine, Airplane, Motorhome, went to Europe for a two week vacation for the whole family but we couldn't get a pay check! The system he is trying to sell off to so many Title Companies is horrible! If something goes wrong and a customer calls to complain, we all of a sudden have a quick meeting so he can tell us how f—ked up we are (not his system) and the next person to make a mistake is fired!
Everyday, you are told to take a half hour lunch if they were busy, an hour lunch if it was a good day, and when there wasn't much work we were told to take 3 hours for lunch. We were always getting sent home early. You never knew if you would ever get more than about 27 to 30 hrs. A week.
They lie through there teeth. They lie to their clients, if they only knew what kind of operation this is, I'm sure they would never waste their time or money on even trying them out.
They lie to their own employees all the time. I bet 98% of what comes out of their mouths are lies, especially from the 2nd partner, L.S.
They always talk down to us, not to us. They try to make you look stupid, which is really funny because neither one of them could sit at the computer and do our work, that being admitted by both of them.
They don't pay their Contract Workers which work at home. On top of barely 30 hrs. A week they gave us a 15% pay cut!
A Major Title Company has a part ownership in this Company and I can't believe they aren't aware of what this Company is doing. I wouldn't want my name affiliated with them.
