Added Enhanced voice mail service that I did not order. It showed up on my Windstream bill

This company needs to be stopped! I would have never even known if the wonderful customer service representative had told me that windstream had voice mail for only $2 a month!!! This ESBI was charging me $12.95 and I have no idea for how long.
