Convergys is the worst call center company I have ever encountered. And they are hired by AT&T for customer service. I can only say that if AT&T wants to keep up their reputation as the best customer service company, they better ditch the call centers and go back to direct hire. People that work for convergys are homeless, tattooed, rivitted, and never bathe. It is a disgrace.
