The trainer made the company look good and lovely this trainer needs to run this company but when I actually enter the doors of the floor and seen the cubicals. The cube walls was filthy and dirty on the cubical. It look like molds and coffee stains everywhere and they expect you to get paid 9hr looking at the messy environment.
I am complaining because I thought I would actually have a serious job that I could take seriously. Obviously I feel sad and cried after I seen how the company really feels about new employees. To work just to pay the bills is not my goal. I want to work to reach my goals. Everybody should care about each other. I do not think the administration would let there babies/adopted kids grow up and look at coffee stains/molds/dirt stuck in the corners of the cubicals for 8hr a day 5 times a week. My new goal is to find authority at a large measure to force actions.
