Called verizon to up grade and add new service. The promotion was to have all 3 tv, internet, home phone service. Well i got all 3 and the guy told me that i would have to wait 6-to 10 weeks for my camera valued at 299.00. So i waited and called verizon about my camera 1866-279-0438 they new nothing about the promotion or the camera.
I then called 1866-335-4301 spoke to liz she also new nothing about what i was talking about and my account was pending so i spoke to a manager named bob he new nothing he told me to call back. I called back a week later all this started on 3-20-08.1866-279-0438 spoke to a rep and she was very rude and could no find nothing.
I called again about my camera all they would say is my account is pending. Icalled again and the rep told me that the promotion was over and he could give me 10.00 off my account for 6 months and i said no. I am tired of being put off and i am closing my account and i did and they keep sending me a early termination fee which i am not paying they did not keep there end by sending my camera for the promotion.
I can not stand verizon so can you hear me now. I sent an email to the ceo of verizon that makes 40 to 50 million a year i heard and i have heard nothing from him either.
