A promotion was being offered in 2005 by UNITED STATES ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, INC. Where a customer would purchase sewing machines and sewing equipment from Country Stitches, of East Lansing Michigan, then with proper and very extensive documentation of purchase, payment, filing, and a 3 year waiting period, you would receive a refund from USAS.
I had to send certain information to USAS by registered mail in the first stage of the process; wait 3 years for a designated filing date, then in the second stage send all requested documents again by registered mail.
I did everything that was required of me in the exact specified time frame, sent the information by Certified Mail on October 1... I just received the CERTIFIED MAIL returned to me on October 10, stamped: REFUSED.
Where do I go from here, I am not even on board with this cheating organization because they refused to except my proof of total compliance.
Country Stitches paid almost a half million dollars into this fund that was to be kept for when customers filed for their rebate...
DID USAS get away with this theft???
